Catalog & Asset Organization

Catalog & Asset Organization

If your rough mixes, session files, stems, cover art, visualizers and credits are scattered across your computer, this service brings it all together into a clean, organized archive — returned to you on a physical 1TB external hard drive.

WHAT WE'LL DO

We'll organize your existing digital assets into a structured archive with the material provided, then return everything to you on the included physical hard drive.

  • Consolidated master archive. This could include but is not limited to:
    • Mixes, masters and stems
    • Session files and project files
    • Cover art and photos
    • Lyrics and sheet music
    • Credits and metadata sheets
    • Split sheets and contracts

  • File renaming, when requested
  • Shipping to and from BleuMoon Music HQ

  4. We organize everything.
  5. We send it back to you, organized and ready to use.

PRICING

Every project is custom quoted. The final price includes the 1TB hard drive, 3-way express shipping, and organization work based on the size and complexity of the archive.

COLLECTION SIZE

  • Minimum: 75 files
  • Maximum: 750 files
  • Maximum storage: 500 GB

Projects exceeding these limits may require an extended project quote.

DELIVERY

This service requires 3-way shipping.

The 1TB hard drive will be shipped to you within 1-3 business days after payment. Once you receive the drive, load your materials onto it and ship it back to BleuMoon Music HQ. We'll email you to confirm when your loaded hard drive has been received.

Estimated turnaround for organization: 5–10 business days from receipt of the loaded hard drive.

Once your archive is complete, the newly organized hard drive will be shipped back to you. This time, you keep it!

Larger or more complex archives may require additional time, which will be communicated in your quote.
